The renovation of the exterior building envelope involved glass and glazing, including brick repair and replacement. The building interior layout was completely modified with new divisions built on 3 floors, to accommodate new tenants. MAISON THÉÂTRE Montreal, Quebec Gerpro completely renovated the CEGEP de Vieux Montreal's old theatre and built an addition to the original building. Specific challenges included the location of the facility and difficulty accessing the construction site, as well as the requirement that part of the existing structure be preserved when making alterations to the building.
