The Advantage is a project that offers condominiums and rental housing with services to retired and semi-autonomous people. The building is in the shape of an ‘’H’’ and stands on five floors. It houses about 90 condominiums, 230 rental apartments, a dozen care units and has generous windows and hardwood floors. All these elements come together to give a distinctive touch to the whole project. Within the complex we can find a cinema, a winter garden, a bowling alley, a swimming pool, spa, restaurant, bistro, one convenience store, a hairdresser and a library. The Advantage is a complex that offers residents a number of facilities including security system camera surveillance, access limited to holders of a smart key and automatic sprinklers in each home.

We are proud of the meticulous work, with elegant materials, which was conducted in the vast lobby. The wall of water adds greatly to this hall full of light. Still in the theme of light, a huge lounge canopy was built to dominate the Mont-St-Hilaire and to offer a fabulous view on it. |
