RESIDENCE VILLA DE L'ESTRIE
Sherbrooke, Quebec
This eight-storey concrete building houses 114 apartment units covering over 125,000 square feet of floor space. This complex for independent living seniors was built using the design-build  method and can accomodate units of 2 1/2,  3 1/2 and 4 1/2 rooms. The project's construction included a service building containing community rooms, billard rooms and the new comlex main entrance.
