We are proud of the meticulous work, with elegant materials, which was conducted in the vast lobby. The wall of water adds greatly to this hall full of light. Still in the theme of light, a huge lounge canopy was built to dominate the Mont-St-Hilaire and to offer a fabulous view on it.

This eight-storey concrete building houses 114 apartment units covering over 125,000 square feet of floor space. This complex for independent living seniors was built using the design-build  method and can accomodate units of 2 1/2,  3 1/2 and 4 1/2 rooms. The project's construction included a service building containing community rooms, billard rooms and the new comlex main entrance.
